Shipping and delivery Information

Handmade by J&C offers standard shipping options to U.S residents.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. Also, please allow 2-3 business days handling time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery Times shown at checkout are an estimate. Delivery dates will be given through your tracking number as processed by the USPS. We do not offer money-back guarantees for delayed items by USPS once we have shipped from our warehouse. 

Priority mail/expedited shipping

Selection of priority mail and priority mail express are still subject to processing times by our fulfillment team.
