Refund Policy

All sales are final. Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges are not accepted unless we ship the wrong item, there was a visible flaw in the actual product, or the item was damaged in transit.  All information is provided in the Item description as well as the photos attached to each listing.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you! Items that are washed or dirty will not be exchanged or refunded. 

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.


Lost or stolen packages

If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it, please contact USPS/UPS to see if they can find it. We recommend checking with you neighbors as well. 

If you still cannot find your package, please contact us and we're more than happy to help.
