I encourage you to read it if you have not done so yet or if you feel like your faith in God needs some encouragement at this time in life, because he will never leave nor forsake those who trust him (Hebrews 13:5).

When we're talking about Jesus and his work in our lives, it's important to remember that he came that we may have life and have it abundantly.

He came to give us abundant life. He came to give us a new life--a better one than we've ever known before!

Pray to God and ask Him for help.

If you're feeling anxious or depressed, pray to God and ask Him for help. Speak to God as you would a friend--you know, the kind who listens when you need them most. Tell Him that you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or depression and ask Him to help. He will! And then, once your conversation with God has ended (and we know how long those can go on), it's time for action!

You needn't be alone in this fight against anxiety or depression; Jesus Christ is there with us every step of the way--in fact, He has already won this battle before we ever even began fighting it! We just have to believe that truth and trust in it wholeheartedly until our minds are set free from worry...

Go see a doctor, a psychologist or someone in the medical profession who can help you get back on track. Take medicine if necessary! Do everything within your power to fight this enemy! Let people help you! Surround yourself with friends and family who support you and love you unconditionally!
